I was outside meditating and I said the words here. Exactly 24 hours later I sat in the same chair, went back into meditation. When I came out of meditation the entire world around me slowed down. I live off a lake. I could see every ripple in the water. The ducks felt right next to me, but they were far. The trees had faces and it was as if they were talking. I will be adding this regularly to my routine.

I’m proud to say that none of the negative things Billy mentions will happen if I pick up my phone first. I have documents of affirmations and powerful vision stories about myself that I jump to and I have no news nor social media. I do use TH-cam but my feed is gardening and Billy Carson. It was frightening remembering the awful experience I used to fight getting away from it in the morning before I did away with all the fear mongering and time wasters.

i was taught how to mediate by a highly accredited therapist, and i do it in the shower each day, while also thanking the universe for everything. his tip to meditate is first, you clear your mind of all thought and a key to this is opening up your senses to bring you into the now. you first open your ears, and you listen to every drop of water, then you pick a spot to look at, and you notice every intricate detail of that spot, this combo of sight and sound brings you to the present, then you only think of two singular things, breathe in, breathe out. you literally just become a breathing speciman, no thought, just a breathing being, just existing, at this point you lose track of time and just be. sometimes when i reach a certain level of empty mind, i start to see incredible, and i mean incredible swirling patterns of color. not sure what that' about, but when i try to get to the colors it doesn't work, it only works when i just naturally get to a deep state

Wow! My father did the same thing when I was a kid in the 80's with his boom box! He would go to the library and get these audio tapes of someone giving the definition and spelling of words. He even taught me some words. I'll never forget the word "Prodigious!" He also had a physical encyclopedia collection that I use to mess around with. 🙂
