I have known about Palia for about 2 years, I was on yt looking for farming games and Palia was mentioned as an upcoming game so I immediately signed up and have been playing since the beginning of closed beta. It was worth the wait. :)

I would LOVE an additional inventory slot specifically for tool-like items! I don’t want arrows, bug bombs, food, and worms to interfere with my foraging 😅 but I realize how unlikely that is
The fact that this game is free to play, with the wonderful graphics, (mostly) smooth gameplay, the amount of skills available, the ability to make your home plot how you want it (with the available space and customization), the fact that this community isn’t toxic (in my personal experience), and it’s true to the “cozy” style genre is amazing. I’ve been playing for almost a year now, and even the bugs that do happen, they aren’t that bad in my opinion. Cyberpunk was 10x worse at official launch. So being in an open beta, with all the things Palia has to offer, I think it’s great. The Devs really do put in the work for this game, and it shows. Especially since we get updates in bug fixes pretty frequently. They stay active on reviews from players, and have even taken the time for Q&A sessions to get a better understanding of what interests or issues we have. This being in beta, I almost wonder what they have in store for official launch. And as the excitement builds, I am eager to see what they do next.
Agreed 100%! I look forward to each patch and have no doubt that even after it's full release they'll keep adding things to make the game even better! 😄
Weird, the Switch version does not say beta. I thought it was completed but they were just going to fix all the bugs along the way. Thank you for clearing this up, i do enjoy this game and hope the best for it
I was sorry that I found I couldn't play Palia. My arthritis prevents me from playing because of their mini games at every turn. Fishing, Cooking, and other stuff that I enjoy in other games, was just painful.
It is a wonderful game and I play it everyday i love it there’s no shooting people with guns or blowing them up it’s truly is a peaceful game that do enjoy thank you StaciGames for a great game
@@StaciGamesI know that some people exit the game to switch servers to farm, but I want it because when I just take a break from the game I can just log out and not have to relaunch Steam and then the game.
From what I understand, kudos is a way to thank other players when they help you with things like filling requests. It's supposed to notify the other player that you sent them a thanks and I BELIEVE reward them with renown (very small amount and limited per day I THINK although I can't find a source to confirm the renown part, but it's at least a small thank you message). I think I tried this feature maybe once when I started playing back in closed Beta, but truthfully I don't recall if I ever noticed receiving kudos from someone or not. It's also speculated from other players that the feature could be broken at the moment from a previous patch update, but I also can't confirm if this is true or not as I haven't tested it out myself recently nor have I seen confirmation from the dev team.

Yeah well since there literally there is a whole bunch more bugs that need fixing for instance when go and buy something from zek everytime it freezes or when i talk friends it freezes
It happened to me occasionally when visiting subira at her door. I go all the way into her little space now, sit down, and have a cuppa with her. it hasn't happened since the update though. I just put it down to the server or the Nintendo. It doesn't stop me playing at all. I absolutely love this game. It's so adorable. ❤

I wish that they have an account link option somewhere in the settings, along with character delete option and change name option
