This has been an issue throughout the entire series. It's never made sense.
@@crescendyr8438do people just not grasp that shows like the boondocks do a thing called a soft reset where shows go back to the status quo and only keep a few thing in case they want to bring them back. Let’s use Homer Simpson’s brother as an example he only appears in two episodes and is never mentioned outside of those episodes.
@@alabastercalhoun Status quo? From the very first episode Ruckus was obviously bigoted. And he's bigoted while they play chess. There is no reset, soft or otherwise. It's just nonsensical. Likely an intentional choice on the part of the writers to make people constantly question, "Why is he 'friends' with him?" It's supposed to be absurd like most things in the show.

This ep is one of the reasons I wanted you guys to just finish the series bc I feel like there’s 3 eps this szn that are at least good. For me those are pretty boy Flizzy, I dream of Siri, and the new black
For me it's Freedom Riders, Pretty Boy Flizzy, and The New Black 🤔.
Everything else I think is ok or could have been better. Except for the good times and freedomland episodes which I think are the worst of the series, although freedomland is only less awful because of it's ending fights 🤔.

This is one of the few episodes from Season 4 that was ACTUALLY pretty good.
It's the level of insanity that they had to deal with that actually made it feel like a season 3 episode.

While season 4 has been kinda crap, I will admit this episode is easily my favorite of the season so far. Honestly aged pretty well.
Say what you will about Microsoft’s recent activities, but naming their Siri-like AI “Cortana” was one of their best decisions they have ever made.

This episode is now relevant to the world that we live in, as technology continues to evolve over time. I was a child when Siri came into existence. Back then, I thought it was pretty cool that a phone can actually speak to you and help you out with some things. Over the years, however, because I really don’t use it, it became overrated as this point. What we witness here is something that Siri could do if it had the potential but we’re nowhere near as close to at. Not yet, at least and hopefully, never will. When Robert said, “Love?! Sh*t!”, that kills me every time I hear it. When he also wondered if it’s legal to marry an iPhone, I was like, “Of course not because it’s not even possible.” We should definitely think about the consequences if we keep on pushing the boundaries of modern technology.
This is season is by far not the worst show you're reacting to. Every episode don't need a disclaimer, just go into it open minded and react to what actually is shown(like this episode was very good imo).

Getting Close To The End Guy's, Great Reactions Everyone
This was easily one of the few season 4 episodes that was actually interesting to watch 😂 and fun fact, they do have quite a few movies where the AI falls in love with the main character. The one that comes to mind is when an AI takes over the body of a human male to be with a woman 🫢
