You're the Energizer Bunny of Delaware, constantly moving. I don't think your brain stops even to sleep. I envy that, I used to be the same way. I would just caution you about needing down time sometimes. Don't burn the candle at three ends until you drop, it's not worth your health. I'm saying that because I landed myself a dandy stress-related chronic illness from not taking time to just stop. But, that said, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the channels and the crazy CJ stuff. Yall cj is right. I’m a hairstylist and I am an independent contractor, when you get into business you have to pretty much spend what money you have to get your business started and keep it going. I am at that stage right now. I made a little profit already but most of it went towards hair color, hair sprays, etc.

My dad passed away not long ago too, he was into construction of all types, heavy masonry, a crane operator. He was so great at what he did. So I am into building, arch design etc myself..and though Im exhausted from the day, and getting old myself. The lot seems to be a good even sided lot. Debris removal, level, grate, pack with better dirt, then gravel, look up choices best for tires etc., I know in Florida I went to some storage areas with non pavement floors, it was gravel. And it may be nice looking too. of course you would need retainer walls around the lot, to keep gravel in, and to designate that lot to boats for example. CJ u got this, I know u do, no doubt. CJ you are absolutely right about a business owner being in debt. My dad and mom owned a liquor store for 20 years and their store was always in debt. My dad always told people who wanted to open the own business to not start it on al shoe string but save some money before starting your own business. He said if you start on a shoe string you will always be in debt. He always complained about that but loved his business and customers (except the ones that robbed him). LOL Please keep doing these vlogs. I love watching all the things you do in your day to day life whether it's watching you play around or watching you at your car auction business. I watch Jasko and Ben, CJ, Sonny, Chris, Dillion, Omar, and a few others like Celinasookyboo, Kris, Overnight, Exploring with fighters, Dark Arts Tv, etc .... I have a disability that causes me to faint, so I can't work. I literally watch alot of TH-cam... Depression is a very hard thing to deal with because of everything. I even lost all 3 of my dogs in the past 11 months, plus many other things I don't want to even mention, but These videos are a very good distraction.
