The immigration rules have changed for the health and care worker visa. The immigration rule changes are temporary. Although the health and care worker visa forms part of the skilled worker visa route, the immigration rule changes only apply to the health and care worker visa. Dear sir .. Please please reply this question. I have got unconditional offer from University of Portsmouth and Richmond American University London. I want to live in London . My elder sister and relatives live in London. But Richmond is not a good ranked University. Portsmouth is a better university but far from London. So after graduation, will this RANKING thing effect much ? I have 2 more MBAs and 12 years Banking experiencein Bangladesh. Or I should go to Portsmouth University? And live alone without family. Everyone says opportuniies are more in London and less in Portsmouth. What should I do, please help.

I will say that Portsmouth is better. Because University and living standard is good. nice city as well
