I've since changed the list and feel it is way more consistent

I've played decks with 15 rookies and still couldn't find them some games. Sometimes the shuffle is against you.

Sometimes it's just not your day. I played a game using my D-reaper once and bricked on searchers. I saw 5 the whole game, and had 20 in the deck.
