Great to see you doing another gym tour Si. I've been intrigued by this gym for a while, though never been, so this was interesting. I'd imagine it felt a bit too busy to deeply explore this time, but the owner has a fantastic appreciation for quality kit. Also, as an old school gym fan, it's SO refreshing to see the walls are NOT painted black and he's banned tripods! Salute! ❤ Enjoy your trip , best , Charlie Rawes
Yes it’s definitely worth a visit and has a lot of the older brands which you don’t see nowadays. The leg kit there is the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot of gyms. Yes agree the owner has picked all the right kit and still have a passion for his gym hence having Dorian there for the week. It was busy as it’s Olympia week but everyone respected the rules so was all good.
one of the oldest Real Bodybuilding Gym in Orlando, i trained here back in the '90s. when it was called Power House. Mike Mentzer, Franco Colombo, and many other golden-era bodybuilders have been here
