Do you use the hip thrust to build your glutes? Do you ever have back pain with it? My patient did for years! Today you’ll learn why & what worked for her to fix it! . Shout out @muscleandmotion for the amazing anatomy graphics used today.
You’re the best muscle fitness online coach I’ve ever seen. I’m sure you’re even better in person. I’m locked into this channel and only one other, cause the actions speak for themselves
I’ve had left hip pain for years whenever i tried weight training. All doctors and PT always ignored it all, barely checking anything. Watching then applying your videos have significantly improved my life far more than any doctor/PT controlled by insurance companies ever has.
I don't care what anyone says, I'm a guy and I'm gonna start doing glute bridges and hip thrusts because strong glutes are important. I know insecure ppl with come up with excuses for why guys shouldn't do them
@@cryptocsguy9282Last gym I trained many people gave their opinion on my hip trusts. Women somehow impressed/amazed at the strength, showing thumbs up and positive, men saying I shouldn’t do it, it’s dangerous and i’m gonna break my spine. For info - my last working set is 7 plates.
Nah, that's one of the most important exercises to train the hip part of the triple extension (hip, knee, and ankle joints). I train for vertical jump and I have it in my routine.
You showed up just in time! As always good info and I'll add those kettle bell movements to help my left hip too. The misaligned hip hurts only sometimes but as a very active person it is problematic
I have back pain for the last 14 years. After many therapy, it comes and goes. The thing is in my country, there are no prevention, only treatment clinics. I hope I can one day find a solution like her.
Can someone please let me know what is it that they study to have knowledge about these things. Like i love fitness and i love to see the science behind it and i am so fascinated with it. I think i would love to study this

I think also the field of kinesiology is also something you might find interesting, it's just learning all about human movement from an anatomical perspective. You should just go on the website of some university, even a community college if you're in the US, to look at the descriptions of the departments they have
6 years and you hip trust 40kg? what the hell. This is not simply a hip imbalance; must be some deeper underlying problem. Especially given how most girls do leg day every day (idk if she does, but this is not a 6 year gym goer performance) .
This is really not an effective gluten exercise, anyways. So many better exercises for glute hypertrophy which, let's be honest, no one does these for stronger glutes, it's for bigger glutes.
@user-zr9hu3tf1y Their point is that some people go to the gym to improve how they look over improving their overall health. That could mean anything from people with incredible physiques who are on roids 💪🏾💉 , weirdos who only do strength training or who only do cardio instead of both or people who workout but eat like 💩 . But what this person is probably referring to is the kinds of women who mostly do leg & booty workouts & almost 0 upper body exercise. Idk how common that is but it's common enough for some people to believe delusional myths like the idea that women apparently have more lower body strength than men which is obvious against biological reality or the myth that men have a stronger upper body compared to their lower body while women have a stronger lower body compared to their upper body when the reality is that all humans have a stronger lower body than upper body because the leg muscles n bones are the longest.

That's amazing. That's how it is, too. One session with someone who knows what to have you do can give amazing results.
😂😂
That’s what I keep hearing…
The stuff you do is amazing. Your understanding of the human anatomy is unmatched.
This channel is amazing. So valuable to people who want to take top physical care of themselves with training and mobility.
I genuinely love that you not only demo the biomechanics but also show the fundamental corrective exercise! Just subscribed!
I love this exercise. She is so cute. Glad she's feeling better and is on the right track.
🤞 could you do one about abdominals and core strength for core form?

Why glute bridge over deadlift? Unless you’re bed bound in the hospital?

Hip thrusts are one of the worst exercises to work your glutes

What about starting off lifting only a little weight then gradually work up to that large amount of weight she's using?

That exercise targets quadriceps, not glutes. This is AI BS video anyway.

It's very much about health.
Insert bench press over hip trusts and men instead of women.
Anyway. Why can’t you do both?

It's to fix her back pain, if you were listening.
