Hi! Just got into this hobby in 2022 and love it!! You said they have good customer service. Do you think that they would consider putting an option where we can opt out of the tool kit? I would love to be able to buy a painting and not get a tool kit. Maybe if enough people reach out and ask for that to be an option they’ll do it?
I have seen other diamond painting shops do that, so it wouldn't hurt to ask. I agree though, I definitely don't need another tool kit!
