I got a seat to one of the deemed colleges through MCC. After joining the allotted college can I participate in Kea councelling. if I get a seat in Kea..can I get the fees which i paid to the deemed University will get refunded? If penality is there , is it get deducted from the 2.5 lakhs or the fee i am paying to the university? Please help to sort out

Sir, if i get a seat in MCC and i joined in that college n when i participated in Kea counselling i got a better college then can i leave the mcc seat and join the karnataka seat? Will there be any penalty for surrendering mcc seat?
