Think i bought 4 blasters from Wal-Mart last year pulled a Drew Jones rose gold lava numbered to 10 and took it to a show that weekend and sold it for a grand.
You can get 10 blasters for the price of 1 hobby box and it's nearly twice as many cards. I pre-ordered 5 blasters and one display box. Hoping that will complete the set or at least get close.
I did exactly the same but only 4 blasters and the display box from Fanatics. So mine came in less than a hobby!! We'll see when I get into them but feeling good about from the videos I've seen so far.
Found about 15 blasters last night grabbed 2 and pulled an auto in each.Got 1st Bowman Rikuu Nishida Auto and 2nd was Jacob Wilson both on card.The Prospect Power Up Inserts are filthy..got a Jacksoon Holiday n Samuel Zavala..I cannot wait til my retail box comes in on the 21st.
@@cardboardnerd More fun putting the set together yourself...by buying or trading with other collectors on trading sites (like The Bench, SCC, Beckett, etc, etc)I do the box route. Plus I might get lucky and pulled something big!
Hobby boxes aren't the way to go 1 chrome number 1 paper number and and autograph for 300 is a rip off. Also I don't think fat packs are a thing anymore, they didn't release them last year
I have seen a lot of numbered and auto's pulled from blasters so far. Looks like the first wave is going to be the hot wave to get like last years was.

I ordered 8 blasters. Hoping they're loaded like last years. If we hit 1 chrome auto it's already better than Hobby.

One Jumbo from hobby store (to support my local hobby store) and 5 Retail Blasters!
If I had the bank roll I would too. But I can't afford my locals prices. 😢

They don't sell sealed sets? Why try and pull the base set? Do you binder or box them?

Almost $600 for a box with tax no chance. Blaster box's $31.80 to $37.10 in pa much better.
