- Here is finally the soft spoken ASMR video of the art book for the expansion Shadowlands from the game World of Warcraft. This is probably rated as the worst expansion ever released for the WoW universe, tho it has some beautiful concept art in this official art book from the Shadowlands Collector's Edition.

Your accent and soft speaking is just heaven, so relaxing - sad that shadowlands was such a dissapointment, i love the art and music though, ardenweald and revendreth look incredible.
I don't know anything about WoW so I definitely have zero opinions, but I LOVE yours. The calm, quiet, judgemental "This was shit" just... Absolutely brilliant. There were a few times I laughed out loud. Perfection. 😁😁

I started playing WoW right before The Burning Crusade came out, and it's been my favorite game ever since. I stopped with the Mists of Pandaria expansion and switched to private servers, but I've heard a lot about the community's dissatisfaction with later expansions. Recently, TH-cam recommended one of your videos about Silvermoon, and I was really impressed with how well you explain everything. Your way with words and deep understanding of the game’s lore make your content not just informative but super engaging, especially for someone like me who missed out on a lot and is trying to catch up!

if the artwork at 6:10 is oribos, then I have to say, some of it looks better than the oribos we got in game! really soothing voice
The concept of The Shadowlands is cool on paper if you dont think about it at all, but it breaks so much established lore and calls so many things into question without ever providing answers
Lore breaking, redcons, bad villains, bad characters, bad storyline and direction nostalgia bait....
It actually fits in very well and will in the future, it's way too much to explain but check out Pyromancer if you have any interest in some indepth lore speculation. He talked about this topic recently along with another lore TH-camr.
I feel like this X-Pac got a lot of hate BECAUSE people had so much hope and saw so much potential in it's launch premise and potential. The art was amazing, the concept itself wasn't bad, it just felt like the story spun it's wheels to many times and the drama fell away and then the bait and switch with Arthus was the ultimate last straw, it just felt like the most waste potential of any X-Pac.

My favorite race are the gnomes, and I have always switched between playing priest and warrior 🤓

Hearing how much the later expansions kept messing up the lore, I’m glad I stopped playing retail at the beginning of Legion. Warlords of Dreanor was a crazy stretch for me, lol. Great video as always, glad to see you doing so well, my friend.
Tbh Legion is the last expansion that I really enjoyed playing through, can't completely quit tho I'm too attached to my characters 🙈 Been really bad at replying recently, hope you're doing good yourself, looking forward to when you're back at making content! 🙌🏻
@@ErudwenASMR Ha, I know exactly how you feel. At least the theme of WoW continues to stay consistent, I think I’m just locked into the first few expansions as that’s when I played the most. :) And no worries! I know that comment struggle all too well haha.

@@ErudwenASMR Well I look at the TH-cam thing as a hobby, because I’m gaming anyway so I might as well make videos and earn some money right? Haha. There’s definitely long days where I don’t do any gaming or content creation though. I should have a good month of R&R when I get home :) Gonna be lots of videos!
