Just a small tip: Water your garden on the evenings rather than during the day, because if the sun is high a lot of water will evaporate instead of go into the soil. Also, little water drops on the leaves can act like magnifying glasses and burn the leaves, so its best to water garden plants later during the day, when the sun is weaker! 😊
And it it better to leave store-bought plants a day or two in your garden to get used to the new environment before replanting them or they will get a shock from transplantation, ask the seller if the plants are being fed on nutrients or just water is enough
Ladies, you gotta plant those mint plants in containers!! 🌱🌱 They will spread EVerYWHeRe, which sounds fun in theory, but the roots will disrupt the roots of other plants ☹️ Also, I make a cold pasta salad with *tons* of dill, some sour cream and cream cheese, parmesan and baby peas and carrots.... its a great warm weather comfort food, and also good heated up, maybe you would like it with your home-grown dill💕🌈
As soon as they said mint I immediately went to the comments to warn them lol. I think the horrors of mint are not common knowledge because most people grow it in pots in their kitchen or outside.
Little garden tip: dont water tomatos🍅from the top, but from the soil. Too much humidity on the leafes can promote a deseas called brown rot, which at the end will produce unedible tomatos. Good luck with the garden QQ!!

I feel you. Moving from apartment to a house makes us adjust many things, including taking care the yard, garden etc. It will make us shopping many house equipments. I am now passing the excited stage, to starte being settled.. and lazy hehe
The garden looks lovely! Just a couple things: mints should be isolated in separate containers because they will take over everything and kill other plants if they are in the same pot. Also some of the plants you put in the gardening beds have the potential to become huge like the fig tree and the hydrangea. Of course it won’t happen over night but just some warning in case you want to relocate them earlier rather than later. Cant wait to see how it all grows 😊
I don't know if you've heard of it but I think youd really like the concept is companion planting. also if your plants are similar to what we have here: mint spreads, rosemary gets super woody as it ages, hydrangea get big and change color based on the ph in your soil, figs grow out and up. when watering try to do so at the root super early morning; day watering can burn the leaves and nightwatering can encourage mold/mildew growth. have fun!

Lately I’ve been walking/hiking through the high hills near the beach. I’ve always tried to study hard so I can be able to graduate in high school. I’ve been into multiple break downs because of how much stress is to be a junior 11th grader. I’ve been always not going to school because I needed my mind to relax forgetting about school for 1 day then the other day is when I get my butt up and get my grades up. Just a dream coming true slowly...so happy to see that. Also, when gardening, if you guys plant cabbage, cauliflower and such you should leave more space between the plants so that they grow bigger and better. My mom has a veggie garden and we always put them about 30cm apart from each other all around (360º). And also when planting it, if you dig a hole, put the plant, add water until the roots are covered and then add the soil the plant will grow better. And in the near future if you guys plant more veggies you guys can check wether the different plants get along well or not as there are some that help each other grow and others that do the opposite. Also when planting trees I think it would help to plant them apart so that they can grow more freely as the olive and fig tree can grow quite big. Love yous vlogs so much they're so relaxing...💖😍
