@@missyb.raevsg6885 He doesn't have a video discussing this but you can hear what he said at 3:00 in the video above.. He said he hurt his throat while doing a pizza challenge.. Imagine eating so fast that the pizza crust injures your throat while swallowing the food.. Must hurt and be so annoying
I'm thinking either it was a well-done crust or too-hot cheese. I know he hates he can't join in on this challenge. He's a real BBQ fanatic.

Hearing Joel ask her why she eats in such a random (almost chaotic....IMO) fashion & hearing her say it makes people crazy.....makes me feel better. It’s a lot I like watching ping-pong.
I think it just keeps her from getting tired of any one flavor. Platters like this are good for competitive eaters bc the flavors can be mixed up.

The platter looks yummy. Yes, I think you will do it! Two observations, 1. All that bbq food to eat with a white top and it doesn't get messy. Either that's a talent or I have bad aim because eating much less than that includes a sauce broach on my to. 2. You always pretty earings instead of just staying with the standard hoops.

As someone who use to live in Louisiana, i was eyeing the authentic red beans and rice!! Lol it's been a staple in my diet since childhood, but when i lived near NOLA, growing up, we had fresh seafood more than anything. But red beans and rice was always there, lol cornbread, homemade southern biscuits and sausage gravy, fried fish, along with seafood boils,
I do blackened fish, and chicken to go with red beans and rice 🍚 😋, and i love spicy sausage in my beans, adds good flavor!

Living out in the country growing up, everyone in my huge extended family, not only hunt, fish, growing gardens, canning foods, baking, quilting, etc... lol.
