Im very sorry my man I’ve been off since I been busy with School and Work and Church. But yes of course do Quick Format it must be done so that you can use it on the computer to move files like if it were a floppy disk but you get around 99 floppies in one usb flash drive first you must format the usb in the Computer with the floppy emulator software to download is Free
Hey there I hope this has helped you bro in any way. But if you need more help you could reach me through my email: edgar13music@gmail.com. Also My Instagram is on my channel page and we can get in touch 👍
Yes My friend go on computer and Type Korg Triton oreo load data and on the korg website you can copy the files to your flash drive but on the computer you must have a Floppy emulator software which allows you to save files of 99 floppies in one USB in other words your usb flash drive turns into 99 Floppies
Thanks for this video! What if you have sequencer info saved on floppy disks 💾? Can you use a standalone floppy disk reader and plug it in the emulator, and upload on the korg triton? And then, save it to a flash drive afterwards?
I have a hard disk Quantum Bigfoot 5.25 series from 1996 of 4.5 GB. Does it fit a classic korg triton directly to EXB SCSI ? of course with the right cables
hi i dont know why my gotek is not working on my old korg i3 1990 meby i have to chang the jumpers but it is working only on coputer can you help me thanks
That will be for the EXB SSD. At first I thought this was 4gb, but for each number is 1 floppy, so the memory will be like if we would have each floppy disk. Sucks but it is what it is.
We're are trying to use a Miditemp with a Gotek USB Floppy Disk Emulator. Now we have two problems: 1) We can't connect the Gotek in the proper way. We tried all possible solutions and variations with jumpers, flatcable or config files. Miditemp doesn't recognize the Gotek. 2) Even if the Gotek displays the correct number of images of floppy disks on the 4GB USB stick, Miditemp doesn't see the midi files in those images. Not sure what software (Windows 10) to us for making images and putting files in those images. Can anyone help us with (step by step) instructions, software, links or whatever? Thanks.
Hi. I have korg triton studio with scsi and 20gb internal hdd. I would like to try loading libraries and samples. With this emulator can i load them then Save Into the internal storage? Thanks for infos man
Hello everybody. I tried to build in the emulator in my korg 01wfd. It should be ready, plug and play for my synthesizer. But it was deliverd with 2 jumpers fixed. But i had no good working emulator. I red that someone said that you only need 1 jumper. Is there anybody Who can tell me what to do. I had my flash made ready in the 1.44 mb. Thanks ahead. Hope you help me out this dispear Eric!
Recommend flashing the Gotek with free FlashFloppy firmware (instead of the primitive and limited factory firmware that came with your Gitek). FlashFloppy adds many capabilities and great support from developer himself and community forum. It will help with Gotek compatibility with your 01/Wfd. Another fantastic alternative is HxC firmware, great support and function as well.
Great tutorial on the USB Floppy Emulator Korg Triton 🎹 Workstation. Thanks for your time sharing the knowledge and step by step installation process.
You have people following along that was a very important step

Did you have to do anything to the emulator? Or was it already programmed. I have a Korg X3 that had an emulator but it kinda crapped out.
Is there a way to download the KORG Triton factory preload data to a flash drive and THEN upload the data to the keyboard?
