Hi Julie, I use animal shampoo on goat and Alpaca hair that I dye myself , half with non mineral water and half shampoo, then rince with cool water and set the hair with my hands. It doesn't harm the mohair and keep it shiny and soft. Thank you for your tutorial, very interesting for a reborn artist 😘
Hi Julie! 😊 This hair tutorial video was most informative and helpful...thanks so much! ❤ My 2 authentic reborns are both bald, lol so I have no worries there. I do use the Johnson's Body and Hair Wash, that you speak of, on my replicas, primarily when I first get them. Love the smell and only use a very little bit. ❤ So far, so good!! ❤ Your babies' hair always look so nice and healthy. 😊 Love and hugs! ❤❤❤
to add, depending on the type of hair the doll has (ex.mohair or human hair) you should use conditioner FIRST to detangle THEN shampoo after because shampoo strips oils and dirt which can use the hair to become really tangled. Conditioner will detangle the hair and make it soft and easy to comb/brush. and NEVER detangle dry hair always spray a little water (even for people). coming it dry will just break the hair off.
Thank you so much I appreciate you doing this I will start using Johnson an Johnson dody an hair wash I only have Ashton Drake so your video has helped me to know what to use now.😁
I have never had any issues with them because I am very careful and I wish all their clothes a few times if any thing I put shrit or tights on there are all cute
