Found it works best to lower it to loosen c and turn collar a to the left to make the threaded shaft go down and to go up turn collar b like u did just b carefulusing screwdriver. A punch works great n won't damage the aluminum like a screw driver can. Works with coilovers and air over strut air ride like iv got. But on most setups the threaded shaft will only go so far down after that gotta lower collar b then a down to it and lock against each other. Just make sure got pre load on it and springs not loose n3 dropping back on the ground
@@Leek_ee as long as that threaded sleeve was going down into thr lower bracket it was lowering it as well. Just gotta be sure if u lower it down too far u may have to re adjust the a and b collar to adjust for preload n keep the spring from being loose and not seating correctly once cars on the ground

I agree. My biggest mistake was adjusting the preload that I thought it was lowering the car 🤦😭
