Great work, great videos (not too long, just enough detail to keep it moving!) it is inspiring to those of us in locked up FEAR of embarking on a project of this scale. Wouldn't it make more sense to use blind nuts to mount the front windshield fairing, in order to allow easy removal for any future service? Just a thought.
Excellent work Mark. Just a question, Mark, have you seen the service bulletin in regards to the Stab update and inspection dated Oct, 2018? It talks about adding elevator hinges all the way to the tip and adding either a cap to the stab or reskinning. The repair kit is available at Z. A couple of Cruzer guys have experienced leading edge cracks at the stab tip. Newplane.com if you haven't seen the collection of service bulletins and letters for the Cruzer.
How do you insert the hinge pin there is no space? did you made a hole from the side? then how do you secure the pin in place?

Use some Granitize or John's 360 Ceramic Coating on the paint and bare aluminum parts for protection and to keep them shiny longer.
What light did you go with for your Beacon?
