    I’m just curious. Do the 5 am challenge benefits outweigh the negatives in that you’re only getting like 5 or 6 hours of sleep? I feel like sleep is soooo important and a new habit or challenge that takes away from something so necessary seems counter productive. I just find myself having so much energy, better workouts, and clearer mind when I get 8 hours of sleep. So I’d worry about a challenge that made all of that worse. Do you find the benefits of getting up that early amazing? Thanks for sharing your day btw. Love watching while I get ready in the morning!!!
