    I prefer those guys to any meditation out there. I don't know why it happens but most of the time I am able to fall asleep whenever I listen to their audios and I have trouble with insomnia for many years. When I organize my anxiety they really do help with many issues I have faced. Sincerely, thank you.

      going through a similar experience, that’s part of what led me to meditation and journaling practices a few months ago. although i struggle everyday it’s easier to come out of. just like he says you are not alone. although some do have the pleasure of already loving themselves a lot of us still have to work our way there. you are loved🫶🏻

      @@kellynoellion7037 I am feeling better. Yeah, journaling helps, but the main turnaround for me has been the Mental Bank Program. It's like Neville Goddard on steroids. Best of luck on your journey. You are loved as well.

    life feels like a storm to me, with waves, weather changes, the sun coming out, then blizzards.. but declutter the mind meditations are my safe space where I can run inside, cry like a little kid and take a breath before I step a foot outside again
