Asta black was Japan only. We won't get him for a while. Both asta are good. I would say power up ssr but there are places where Sr asta does well also. But ssr will give you a little more

why do you consider summon units p2w? you can literally summon without spending and even get noelle for free

It's because some are easier to acquire. You would need to spend to get all the ssrs so most people would have priorities mars and lotus.
