As someone who struggles with anxiety, depression ASMR is almost addictive for me. I use it daily to help myself stay grounded, centered and focused. After years of emotional and mental abuse it's my outlet and now I'm doing my best to try and spread the love and help those that struggle like me.

You would have so many more subscribers and likes if you would just stop the tapping. Please!!! I was loving this video until the tapping started. Very few people like it. The videos that say NO TAPPING get hundreds of views and comments. Please consider my advice. As is, I cannot watch your videos. Tapping irritates me and is in no way relaxing. Otherwise, without the tapping, this would have been one of favorite videos. 😢
