The girl's name is Tian Ling, which means Light of the Sky in Chinese. She has electricity-related powers, can summon force field from hexagons, and is really hard to kill. She is an OC by a Chinese Artist (see video description) on Pixiv, as part of an art competition hosted by Pixiv called Fantasia. The series is called "Mafia: Brigade of the Knowledge Seekers" and if you google that, the dark-haired girl is called Qian Ye (Thousand Nights). (I actually am not sure who's who, but based on their appearance / powers, it's pretty obvious who is "Thousand Nights" and who is "Light of the Sky," lol...) I found a character design card the author did. The story is that Tian Ling and Qian Ye were best friends when they were teleported into a magical realm, and due to some malfunction they were trapped in the same body. (this is why you see so many drawings that are half Tian Ling and half Qian Ye). Apparently Tian Ling x Qian Ye is selfless (all I remember from their character description). Also their ultimate goal is that they can be separated into their own people again. It's not an anime or a webtoon or anything, but it sure should be!
