I was always told by my Football coaches that when performing a tackle or a block during practice you'll never fully perfect the hit perfectly until you can do it 10,000 in a row without fault, doing this will make your body take the said motion on its own when in the situation without thought
Really awesome episode, as always. As a science nerd what you’re looking for is the process of mylenation. It creates a coating of increased conduction in memory pathways that we use a lot. This is why a conscious behavior like practicing can create subconscious actions. It’s less about moving thought out of the brain but making parts of the brain that you use a lot more efficient. This can increase the speed of thought up to 150 m/s. There is no ‘exact’ real world correlate of self movement but this is as close as real world physics allows. What Whis describes would be amazing-while myelin allows currents to move faster in the brain, bypassing the brain you could shorten the distance it has to travel which would yield insane results. Including that ‘zombified’ look Goku had-his ‘self’ (conscious) is in the brain and even when we act on instinct (sub conscious) we don’t have the sensation of having lost control like Goku did when he checked his hands but if the ‘thinking’ occurred in a place NOT the brain and thus away from ‘us’ you would feel like something was controlling you and moving you-this is true mastery of self movement and is a rare case where fiction is cooler than science.
does anyone see jirens eyes glow red before he attacks? maybe thats the secret of his power it feels more like a technique then a "ultra instinct" kind of like a time skip on steroids.
No jiren can fight multiple people, goku uses "mushin/flowstate"-hard to induce, used almost anytime Jiren uses "wide angle vision"-easier to switch to, is also used by native Americans, animals, and secret service...learn alot, do a lot, think a little...
Merged Zamasu (anime version) already used Ultra instinct!? same aura and even silver eyes, also ring of light spoilers pics revealed Goku having a ring of light as well(in the future possibly)
Can Goku possibly teach Krillin, Yamcha, Uub, and Picollo or Buu Ultra Instinct? Like if the GoDs like Beerus can learn it according to Whis... it implies it's not race specific. theoretically then if Frieza knew the secret, could he use ultra instinct? Do you think we will be seeing other races using ultra instinct not unlike the way characters in One Piece use Haki? (in the sense non devil fruit users and devil fruit users use Haki; UI being a technique like Kiaoken, and not a transformation) This could be really awesome to see,as a way to give new relevancy to old characters like Yamcha and Picollo to make them on par with Saiyan Transformations, Golden Forms, God Ki and whatever else could come down the pipeline of Super. Could this be where Super is heading? Knowing there are three types of Haki, perhaps there might be other forms of UI as well? Please explore this in a part 2 to this video! Great video!
I just wish ultra instinct would have reintroduced the actual fighting aspect of dragon ball. I want to see actual karate again instead of flying random punches
to be fair. original and dragon ball z was just the same repetitive movements for 2 minutes. so i thunk super does a great job everything is way different in super
I wanna know why toshio or whatever is talking when he said that we will be excited about the new fighter's birth?? And that he is super strong and cool?
I understand what you mean about the drawing part. I was heavily into art growing up, but then once school let out, I didn't really draw anything for a decade. Picked up a pencil one day, and could still not only draw on the same level that I used to, but the picture was also a decent bit better than I remembered I could draw. I'm still able to draw, because it was just ingrained into me from nearly two decades of doing it.
Reacting without thinking isn't actually a thing by the way. Your brain still needs to process what it's reacting to. It is impossible to train your brain to react to an action automatically without thought. Some people are just really fast with their reactions. That's it. Everything talked about are ideas, theories. They aren't actually things that exist. No martial artist has ever taught their bodies to do these things, not even Bruce Lee. Training and repetition does not give you new instincts, it gives you the ability to react very quickly, not instantly.
Reacting without thinking is a thing, perhaps not on the level of all this or in a way where it seems to come from nowhere without reason. But muscle memory is real, given there's usually a precursor to it happening & all but seeing how this is based on a fighting tournament and not randomly walking down some empty street or w/e it's not as outlandish a thought as some may think. Take skateboarding or BMX, any sport in a way, where things happen or can happen rather quickly you can still do things and not fall with minimal thought or none basically.. same as playing guitar while singing or w/e in a way where one isn't thinking of proper hand/finger placement on the frets but still playing insane solos or rhythms flawlessly. Yes it's trained into you or w/e but I don't think it was meant that all this is achievable without some training and everything. So even if it appears out of context, I wouldn't think it was meant as though someone managed something completely random with no previous knowledge or training.. just my thoughts on the matter. Maybe in wrong but I know when I rode BMX & skated thinking wasn't always done prior to every little thing as well as playin guitar, I didn't think on every single little thing prior to its happening. I'd surprise myself landing tricks or playing difficult riffs that seemed to come from nowhere even to me, things I'd not played or done before seemed to magically happen and blow my mind. But thinking back on it all it's reasonable to assume it came to be due to instinct &/or muscle memory basically.
I have been studying Leung Ting Wing Tsun for 9 years. I agree with Kendamu on the ideal, the repetition, everything:) We have a special part of self movement with Chi Sau when our hands are at contact. Yep, we are counter attacking and defending at the same time. My friend told me you need to repeat for 2000 times for the move to come out randomly. I read that 10.000 hours in a system (martial art or music) would make you a real master at it.
I did martial arts about a year ago or two and I tell you that my reflexes increased so much that when I get into a fight my body reacted on its own. I basically cut off my mind and own my body to move on it own
how is that form stronger than beerus if he can't beat jiren and jiren is only stronger than belmod and belmod isn't the strongest god of destruction....
Geekdom ! I wanna just say 1 thiiing !! Because I feel it's super relative. 1) goku was shot w/ a bullet earlier in the series 2) Goku was taking shots by ALL the Z fighters in the leading up to this tournament, everyone (even krillin) were getting shots in! 3) Goku was shot by Friezas ray gun They continuously under played Goku abilities leading up to this point and showed his weakness The entire fandom! Couldn't understand HOW! All of these events lead up to this "Ultra instinct" where even Jiren can't really land a proper blow. To ALL the people who asked how could this be possible? For Goku to be so easily on par, and hit and shot? Ultra Instinct is the answer to your questions. Not until he achieves this can he truly be.... "untouchable" Like the Angels (PS grammar isn't my friend, sorry)
all i can say is Geekdom, you are the number one source of reliable info. I keep thinking I have dragonball super figured out, however I am always wrong.
Frieza will knock out cabba, just like frost knocked out krillin. Cabba will take out that girl and will be off guard and then Frieza will take him out
god i swear y'all know nothing about fighting, please start fighting and learn before speaking. everything takes thought and nothing ever becomes instinct it just becomes easier and takes less thought but doesn't just happen on its own ever
Thats not even slightly true. Ive been in fights since I was fuckin 5 years old, getting jumped multiple times, and over time, your body learns. It adapts. You gain speed and reflexes that are far above what you would have done when you started. Instincts are real and while it isnt easy, you can change them. You want an example?
So you're fucking telling me HIGH TIER GODS in a fiction who have been living and training for BILLIONS of years, have trouble archieving something a human in real life archieved before getting to his 50?
It's more than auto pilot it's all the pain, sorrow, anger, frustration, depression , passion, love, hate, doubt, time, sacrifice, struggle, all that goes into mastering your craft repetition and competition pushing your boundaries
‘PLEASE READ THIS’ This is my theory of how the tournament will end.Jiren will not be defeated from what we saw there is no one that can touch him although he is still not at full power.I also feel that Toei is going to want to show us as the fans Jiren at full strength or at least close so this is how they are going to do it.Since Jiren can’t be defeated of being outclassed strength wise as far as we know, it seems that other universes will begin to think more strategically on how they can survive and still win the tournament of power for their universes. If recalled correctly, the grand priest stated that the last man standing OR the universes with the most remaining fighters will be considered the winner of the tournament. They didn’t include that rule for nothing I feel that it will be used later for an important reason. Seeing that no one can stand to defeat Jiren universes will likely decide that they need to outlast Jiren instead of trying to eliminate him so they will come up with a stalling strategy that will last and become a common strategy among universes. Around the end of the tournament I feel that jiren will be the only pride trooper left inside of the ring. I feel this way because there are several characters that are on par or stronger than toppo and dyspo such as vegeta ,hit, and frieza. In the final moments of the tournament I think that Jiren will be severely outnumbered by the other universes and at this moment I believe that Jiren will display his true full power. At the moment of this ridiculous power he would be able to eliminate every other fighter in the tournament within an instant leaving himself to be the last fighter standing in the most dominant way possible showing how far above everyone Jiren really is . I feel it would be a good ending because with all the build up of other universes surviving and so many strategies Jiren sitting them all down would be a badass ending. There is no one inside of this tournament that can cause Jiren to use his full power I don’t think so it would be good to be able to see it. This is the only way I see it happening unless of course that angel theory is true or some secret fighter does something unexpected.Let me know what you think about my theory.
Been training in martial arts my whole life and from the second Goku went into ultra instinct mode I immediately figured out what they were doing with it. It's the concept of "flow state" or mushin, or whatever word you want to put to it but at an extreme dragon ball verse level of power and scope. Anyone who's done some kind of combat art seriously at one time or another during sparring in particular has reached this state. Through training you do start to react to things on instinct just as a rule but this concept of flow state tends to almost always happen when you're already tired or battered to a difficult to handle level much like how it came to goku after a near death experience. When it happens it really is like you're in perfect subconscious control of your body speed of thought seemingly has no more meaning, It's very similar to an out of body experience. You have an incredibly heightened sense of awareness, resistance to pain and shock and your'e movements become much more fluid, accurate , focused and effective. It's almost like you're body becomes a character in a video game and you are controlling it from the outside with perfect awareness of the situation around you.
Marleny Mosquea even if it is a comment thread.. it does not give you the right to put in any shape or form a racist remark. If you don't see that then you are a bigot. Dont disrespect the dead specially if he is a legend and a hero to many.
Bruce Lee is my very first idol in all of fictions or real character. Some of my philosophy in life comes from him. He really is an legend. I would have never watch the legendary dragon ball series without it.
Don't forget the fact that this arc's name is known as the universe survival tournament (live or die). The one with Ultra Instinct is the only one has chance to survive at the end.
Ultra Instinct also exists on musicians esp drummers and keyboardists. I am a keyboardist for 18 years now and i think i got the ultra instinct. Keyboardists using more than one keyboard doing/playing two different parts, or for keyboardists like me who can't afford using two or more keyboards. A keyboard has this basic feature where you can play two or more sounds at the same time. You can have piano for your right hand, you can have another sound for your left hand. I got used to the "fill in the gaps" style in playing with a band. When i practice a song, i listen to every detail of the song and see how many parts are played by the keyboard, then i program the sounds i recognize on my keyboard, then ultra instinct happens when i assign different roles to each hand and play them without much thought. I know i am not alone on that. Many keyboardists can do that, and most are better than me. But in my case, i'm self taught. Also, on drummers' side, each hand and foot does different things, different notations while following a single time signature. That's why even as a keyboardist i also admire drummers.
Yeah this guy is talking out of his ass. Martial arts? Keep your eyes in the anime and wrestling.... It's like those people that say "oh I could beat so and so" and they are sitting on their ass
Hey Geekdom big fan of your talks and long time Dragon Ball fan for 20+ years. I was in the Army for 7 years two tours in the sandbox one out of two tours was trained and did operations with SF. What you are talking about can relate to us soldiers. We get trained to develop a what we call "high situation awareness". The moment anything around us happens our body quickly react to the situation with out thinking. The body moves on its own in the situation. I agree 100% with the martial arts and Bruce Lee theory but it can also go with how military gets trained and develop "high situation awareness"
Geekdom, thank you for mentioning Wing Chun. Bruce Lee has said on more than one occasion that his success in the martial arts world is due to his time with master Yip Man studying WC. It is also clear as day in the movies whenever Whis begins to fight he uses 100% Wing Chun. Good to see credit is being given where due.
Krav Maga principle 2, Attack and Counter simultaneously. It's cool you mention Krav and Wing Chun, they both utilize vertical punches and similar techniques. Well done with the research!
You did an excellent analysis and breakdown of Ultra Instinct and its real world connections. I'd just like to add that those Japanese concepts and ideas have their roots all the way back to ancient Buddhism and its mindfulness meditation practices. Bruce lee was indeed a pioneer in translating these concepts into understandable terms for us westerners, and I believe much of his philosophy was derived from his practice in Wing Chun. Wing Chun in its entirety is built upon this concept of "wu wei wu"( action without action), as well as Tai Chi and some other arts. I trained in it for some years, and Tai Chi as well. The internal martial arts of China especially are all centered around the achievement of this state of mind/being. In Wing Chun one is meant to move and fight using Wing Chun's techniques in a state of "automaticness" where little to no thinking is required and all that's relied upon is muscle memory and the feeling of energy you receive from your opponent. You drill into your mind, through the practice of partner training predominately, how to move in a way where you respond effortlessly to how your opponent reacts to and attacks you, with every action Wing Chun employs being a counter action to flow with and redirect the received energy, which is developed to be both a defensive and a counter offensive move at one single moment. So you attack, while also never leaving yourself unguarded or unprepared for another counterattack/defense in the next moment. But it takes years to develop this though. The Wing Chun teachers I've had have seemed virtually untouchable once they've started moving and its near impossible to overpower them once the energy's started moving. A state of absolute relaxedness, no muscle tension whatsoever, and using your sense of touch rather then thinking and planning your next attack are what make Wing Chun fundamentally different from so many martial arts that require planned out technique, as well as tensing the muscles to perform attacks. All these combat ideas originated with the Taoist monks and in the Shaolin temple with the Buddhist monks, who in turn adapted it from their meditation practices, which they originally received from the Buddhist monks of India. Bruce Lee carefully researched, practiced, and adapted that knowledge more and more into his fighting style and then brought fourth those ancient secrets to share with the whole world at large, something that the Chinese elders hated him for. They never wanted these secrets to leave their little private sects.
Honestly, Ultra Instinct is what every fighter should always be at. You should not have to think in a fight, merely just act. If my dumbass can do this so effortlessly it makes no sense for Kakarot to have any issues. There honestly NEEDS to be more to this than simply letting your muscle memory do its job.
There's something that I haven't seen anyone address at all yet that leaves me surprised. Back when Whis was training Vegeta and Goku found out, Whis said something that left me thinking. Goku pleaded him to train him as well, to which Whis responds: "I have been thinking this was about the right time to do it, anyway." Even Bulma seemed taken aback by that comment. It almost seemed as if there were an ulterior motive, as if Whis knew the Saiyan's strength would be needed further down the road.

I was always told by my Football coaches that when performing a tackle or a block during practice you'll never fully perfect the hit perfectly until you can do it 10,000 in a row without fault, doing this will make your body take the said motion on its own when in the situation without thought
Is it just me or is it just that their talking about Goku was acting like Bruce lee like the waving part with both of their hands?
*Zamasu is dead Black's hair was pink recently Goku achieved*
*ULTRA INSTINCT*
ooo bars
Beeble76 ayyyy🔥🔥🔥🔥
JayKayGee I got u my boy
Ningen
The True God Zamasu ok your my favorite villian by the way💪👿
Really awesome episode, as always.
A theory was that Jiren can only fight one opponent at a time and his eyes lock onto somebody and that’s his weakness.
SphericalMango lol on steroids
Hamza Adrees not bad...
No jiren can fight multiple people, goku uses "mushin/flowstate"-hard to induce, used almost anytime
Jiren uses "wide angle vision"-easier to switch to, is also used by native Americans, animals, and secret service...learn alot, do a lot, think a little...
Merged Zamasu (anime version) already used Ultra instinct!?
same aura and even silver eyes, also ring of light
spoilers pics revealed Goku having a ring of light as well(in the future possibly)
Would ultra instinct vegito be overpower?
Infected102 YT Ultra Full Power Goku had self movement before Goku in Super
Imagine the time limit for that
Infected102 YT no
straight no... because jiren strong af
Pink Guy Vegito would immediately diffuse LMAO
Can Goku possibly teach Krillin, Yamcha, Uub, and Picollo or Buu Ultra Instinct? Like if the GoDs like Beerus can learn it according to Whis... it implies it's not race specific. theoretically then if Frieza knew the secret, could he use ultra instinct? Do you think we will be seeing other races using ultra instinct not unlike the way characters in One Piece use Haki? (in the sense non devil fruit users and devil fruit users use Haki; UI being a technique like Kiaoken, and not a transformation)
This could be really awesome to see,as a way to give new relevancy to old characters like Yamcha and Picollo to make them on par with Saiyan Transformations, Golden Forms, God Ki and whatever else could come down the pipeline of Super.
Could this be where Super is heading? Knowing there are three types of Haki, perhaps there might be other forms of UI as well? Please explore this in a part 2 to this video! Great video!
I just wish ultra instinct would have reintroduced the actual fighting aspect of dragon ball. I want to see actual karate again instead of flying random punches
exectly the fight sucked
to be fair. original and dragon ball z was just the same repetitive movements for 2 minutes. so i thunk super does a great job everything is way different in super
But they don't know that. Nostalgia over reality
Brandon Alexis THIS IS SO ACCURATE THAT IT’S SADLY TRUE
Danaje Elliott karate???? You mean kung fu.
This is so fascinating. Like how when you touch something hot. Out of instinct your hand pulls away with your brain not even having time to think.
Then why did whis step in poo?
Epic Saiyan Fist Arale?
Remember he said his body thinks for it self not his shoes
Besides, no one is perfect.. Except Zamasu! ;-)
Gag. Just like how goku bites him
Epic Saiyan Fist because he didn't say anythinf about his shoes lol
I wanna know why toshio or whatever is talking when he said that we will be excited about the new fighter's birth?? And that he is super strong and cool?
Lit video man ! Nice to get a little more insight on the inspiration for it , which is nice to have in the community 👌🏾
Training and repetition does not give you new instincts, it gives you the ability to react very quickly, not instantly.
gobucks201x This is what Goku is capable of
Gellart Wigglewallop this is also Fiction Brov..
.....it lets you react without thinking about what your'e going to do. it's muslce memory.
Reacting quick is based on your instincts. Your brain memory after repetition allows you to notice, comprehend and react to something quicker.
But thinking back on it all it's reasonable to assume it came to be due to instinct &/or muscle memory basically.
i instinctually open my laptop and open youtube, i don't even have to think anymore since this is basically my life now
Fun Fact: Geekdom's favorite word is Alpha.
PS: Wasn't there gonna be a big announcement from Geekdom? He mentioned that two weeks ago
HIT IS ELIMINATED!!!!
maybe unfortunately
AustinLong1639 And Ribbrianne isn't
Shin makes sense
AustinLong1639 I hate it that hit was *ELIMINATED* that early
AustinLong1639 good
I did martial arts about a year ago or two and I tell you that my reflexes increased so much that when I get into a fight my body reacted on its own. I basically cut off my mind and own my body to move on it own
Nani?!!
Samuel Ankrah lol
Samuel Ankrah nani not noni people might call you racist
Bigdawgkeef Ent no
BoolWithMyTool ?
Bigdawgkeef Ent no promoting here!
Jeet Kune Do in my experience has been the most effective form of martial arts. The art of the intercepting fist is what Bruce Lee called it.
dude...another ultra instinct video? lol I like em but damn son.
Murad Pervez dude everyone is milking this. just giving out the same information.
Need to make that bread
Best dragonball channel on TH-cam hands down
What would happen if Goku masters ultra instinct and he combines that with Kioken ?????? Would he be stronger than Whis ????
Gustavo Hernandez No not even close
Maybe since that form is stronger than beerus and other gods
W!zard Oh Lol😂😂😂
Maybe but whis has a bigger d
how is that form stronger than beerus if he can't beat jiren and jiren is only stronger than belmod and belmod isn't the strongest god of destruction....
Geekdom101 what do you think will happen to android 17 as far as when he gets eliminated?
Geekdom ! I wanna just say 1 thiiing !! Because I feel it's super relative.
1) goku was shot w/ a bullet earlier in the series
2) Goku was taking shots by ALL the Z fighters in the leading up to this tournament, everyone (even krillin) were getting shots in!
3) Goku was shot by Friezas ray gun
They continuously under played Goku abilities leading up to this point and showed his weakness
The entire fandom!
"untouchable" Like the Angels
(PS grammar isn't my friend, sorry)
all i can say is Geekdom, you are the number one source of reliable info. I keep thinking I have dragonball super figured out, however I am always wrong.
He went from “Alpha male” to “Alpha Lion” idk why I get so annoyed when he says that lol
Just got home too, PERECT timing, Geekdom.
Frieza will knock out cabba, just like frost knocked out krillin. Cabba will take out that girl and will be off guard and then Frieza will take him out
Epic Saiyan Fist who is “that girl”?
.
Epic Saiyan Fist hopefully I hate the universe 6 sayians
Epic Saiyan Fist I hope he gets knocked out
Danaje Elliott I believe he is talking about monna
Fun fact: Mr. Popo actually taught
him the Mastery of Self Movement in the Sky Temple, when Goku fought the doll long before Whis taught him.
Hey Geekdom🙃
I'm mad because my dicks small jr. 🔥
Great 3 part series! As a martial artist I have experienced some of what you talked about, particularly with blocking
god i swear y'all know nothing about fighting, please start fighting and learn before speaking. everything takes thought and nothing ever becomes instinct it just becomes easier and takes less thought but doesn't just happen on its own ever
dean boosack Clearly you've never been in enough fights to weigh in on this subject
Thats not even slightly true. Ive been in fights since I was fuckin 5 years old, getting jumped multiple times, and over time, your body learns. It adapts. You gain speed and reflexes that are far above what you would have done when you started. Instincts are real and while it isnt easy, you can change them. You want an example?
...not really.there IS a such thing called muscle memory after all. It reacts..You dont think
Kinyachta Toliver no
Xae y
Kinyachta Toliver or, I will return
Kinyachta Toliver Jiren got hit by Hit and Ultra Instinct Goku (x2), so he can be touched. Goku will defeat Jiren.
KinGSwisser32 thank you for shutting that down
Been training in martial arts my whole life and from the second Goku went into ultra instinct mode I immediately figured out what they were doing with it.
I'm the strongest, with my "sage art: migatte no gokui" no one can defeat me.
Meditation maybe the way Goku obtain ultra instinct again!
Show us yer face Geekdom!!
Gaming with Life of Pablo lol it’s on google
Thank you for reminding me why I love your channel! Good stuff geekdom
" *Be like vater my friend* "
Epic Saiyan Fist be water, not be like water
Epic Saiyan Fist don't disrespect the legend dude... pathetic attempt on a joke that you even got wrong

Tim Ref Lmao you do know we're on a comment thread, right? And really, busboy?
Marleny Mosquea even if it is a comment thread.. it does not give you the right to put in any shape or form a racist remark.
If you don't see that then you are a bigot. Dont disrespect the dead specially if he is a legend and a hero to many.
"When my opponent expands I contract, when he contracts I expand" "I do not hit...it hits all by itself "
This shit keeps getting better....
Whenever I sleepwalk and sleeptalk I'm in ultra instinct mode.
Vegeta better get this form in this arc or I’m gonna shit all over the place
Games'n' Guitar he will not
Games'n' Guitar let me get you the toilet paper
Maybe he'll get something like super saiyan blue ssj2
nah that's just fan made shit so no
I don’t think he will get it this arc maybe a different form but not ultra instinct
Bruce Lee is my very first idol in all of fictions or real character. Some of my philosophy in life comes from him. He really is an legend. I would have never watch the legendary dragon ball series without it.
Is ultra instinct a god transformation?
Broli 0 no
Broli 0 more than likely, because after he transformed, Roshi couldn't sense his energy
Abhinav they can't sense his God ki transformations, they can still sense him when he's in base form or SSJ
I'm pretty sure very being could obtain it god or mortal
Don't forget the fact that this arc's name is known as the universe survival tournament (live or die). The one with Ultra Instinct is the only one has chance to survive at the end.
im early let me make a joke
yamcha
WTF R U TALKING ABOUT BRO?! YAMCHA IS LITERALLY THE STRONGEST IN ALL UNIVERSES. HE WOULD WIPE THE FLOOR WITH ZENO SMFH
iNav2Kay right this bitch is almost in every comment

I don't see why ppl just don't wait instead of watching review channels and or theory
"It is not the man that practices 1000 kicks that I fear, it's the man that practices 1 kick 1000 times"
They should call it Alpha Instinct.
Running out of content? You said the same thing over and over
Rafael Soriano ikr and the funny part is he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about either
Dude he wanna make some money hehehe
Yeah this guy is talking out of his ass.
Martial arts? Keep your eyes in the anime and wrestling....
It's like those people that say "oh I could beat so and so" and they are sitting on their ass
"alpha line" yeah I'll agree that this guy repeats lots of shit.
He banned me like BOOM
Rafael Soriano this dude has like 3 or 4 videos talking bout the same topic 🤦🏻♂️ it was like a 3 minute scene and he makes it into a 20 minute vid.
Makes me think of Luke in Star Wars. Feeling everything around you. And moving instinctively.
I love ur examples bro! All this talk about martial arts.. takes me back.. tysm and keep up the great work!
Love geekdom 101 always listen to while iam at work all day
Geekdom, thank you for mentioning Wing Chun. Bruce Lee has said on more than one occasion that his success in the martial arts world is due to his time with master Yip Man studying WC.
It is also clear as day in the movies whenever Whis begins to fight he uses 100% Wing Chun. Good to see credit is being given where due.
This was really interesting hearing you guys talk about martial arts, it kinda got me excited to go practice again.
"To be a fighter pilot there is one prime requisite- to think fast and act faster"
Keep it up man good video.
Been watching your channel for a long time.
Krav Maga principle 2, Attack and Counter simultaneously. It's cool you mention Krav and Wing Chun, they both utilize vertical punches and similar techniques.
Well done with the research!
I love how you guys put it as more than just fighting that this is possible really good explanation
1st. Great bid btw
Incredible video Geekdom, really interesting stuff
in the first 10min of Enter the dragon, bruce explains ultra instinct in detail to his master.."i do not hit, it hits all by itself"..Bruce Lee
using ultra instinct in a court case, your honor the punch just threw it self lol
I feel like I'm learning important life lessons watching some Geekdom.
