People, epscially Embid fans, Philly fans or even Embid himself have to realize that why he was criticized that much. It is not because he is bad, but rather he at 80 percent of the time does not play at his best.
I am a big Lebron fan, but I am ready to shift to a 76ers bandwagon. Cuz Embid is just too talented for me not to support.
Joel Embid has massive talents, I can't find another big who can move as quick, jump as high, and meanwhile can attack anywhere on the court. I will say AD can but Joel Embid is stronger and more physical. Giannis lacks the shooting. And both aren't really pure big.
I honestly feels that Embid is probably having even more pure talent than Hakeem cuz he is bigger and stronger and at fast and he has the potential to have all Hakeem's arsenals.
But so far this man has been disappointing me. He had injuries, but at times he looks passive, not active on the offense end, and defensively he sometimes looks passive and very slow on pick and roll which obviously can be very quick-footed when he wants to. He does not look even 2/3 as great as his draft model Hakeem. Not only that, he is currently still making people have debated whether or not he is the best center in the league or Jokic. This shouldn't really happen cuz Embid has massively more talent than Jokic. To me, he isn't playing even at half of his potential. I am really waiting for him to get into shape, and learn to be more healthy really. I can't really wait for him to dominate the league. But so far I haven't get all I want. Even a guy playing at 50 percent of his potential is what is like in the video, I can't really think what at his best will be. It is really boom or bust on him. I hope him be good and be the next generational center talent, I don't want him to be another Andrew Bynum or Dwight Howard.

As a sixers fan, there were great plays in here but not enough showcasing his footwork in the post..I mean he's had a lot of great dunks and blocks..but this didn't even showcase most of his chase down blocks that he's had or his great footwork and all of the hard shots and turnaround jumpers that he's hit. Oh well, maybe make it 50 top plays next time. Give it a year or two.
