Great video. Nice method on making the cut for the ECM holder. I need to try a method like that when I repair the rusted portion of the rear passenger quarter on my '66.
awesome project, looking real nice. the only thing you may run into with the pcm bracket being there is if you end up running a vintage air kit, the outlets come out very near to that bracket, I ended up installing my pcm between the drivers side fresh air inlet box and the A pillar vertically and it worked out well for me on my 69.
Hi Barry. Glad to see your videos again. I install alot of Raptor. If you're unsure, epoxy primer HAS to be out down first. You can't spray directly over metal. I personally use the Upol DTM primer, but I've also used PPG and Eastwood DTM primer with good results.
I love how you take nothing for granted and by pre-fitting everything before paint you discover all of the issues that can be fixed easier BEFORE paint. As always , great job
Sure is nice to see videos Barry, the set up or the plan before you get into any part of a build is so educational. Some may think it is common since till you find you missed some little thing ??? , I missed the first video so going to find it now have a good day .
Sounds like you've got it figured out nothing worse then dubble work looking forward for the next video and how you progress on this project thumbs up 👍

Good work.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.

hi barry grate show👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄
I 100% agree with test fitting EVERYTHING. If the bronco is anything like 68 Mustang parts, nothing fits without modification.
Ive used Epoxy over "zintec" coated panels after a scuff with a scotchbrite but you mention Galvanized Panels ,not sure if they are the same
Love these Broncos.
Barry,
Awesome video looking forward to the next Bronco video.
Keep up the awesome work.
Sent you a message on patreon just FYI.
Nice, really interested in seeing the Raptor spray liner application.
The vinegar your looking for is 30% acid sold in the wall paper dept at Lowes not the 5% sold at Walmart.
The two vertical holes are in a spot where they could be for A/C if such a thing was available in a Bronco.

Are you going to raptor line under the hood? Are you going to add body color to the raptor?
That’s the plan.
What's the status on the Camaro? Just curious. I'm enjoying the Bronco build.
It's off to the side again.
