    Long time Kundalini student here. The set was great, thank you.
    I decided to chime in for the more vulnerable viewers out there.
    While I understand what you mean by forget yesterday, make a better life/ choices today and do better today (I’m paraphrasing) to mean be in present, you know nothing about the people on the receiving end and how that could potentially devalue their strides
    The sentiment is powerful, the wordplay off putting. Especially to new students.
    For all you know someone’s yesterday was their first full day sober, or when they got the courage to leave a toxic situation.
    Yesterday could’ve been a huge breakthrough for them and they’re feeling a little raw and vulnerable today.
    The sentiment is good, but it the wordplay may come across as presumptuous and judgmental to some.
    Perhaps a more positive spin would be more universally supportive.

    Hey Gloria,
    I have been practicing this kriya for 160 days every morning during lockdown in Melbourne. It made a huge difference for me. I saw my dreams being fulfilled and one manifestation chased the next one. It's time to say thank you and telling you something you might already know: You are a magic teacher!

      I don´t know if you know this but there are a lot more videos on Gaia Yoga. I recommend Strength and Freedom.

    Whoa just finished it, at the start I was kind of skeptical but as I moved through the video I found it emensly awakening, some kundalini poses there I had never seen before. Thank you.
    One tip if it's too fast for you like it was for me go the settings and slow down it down a notch I did and it was completely perfect ♥️
