    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine coconut powder, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and yeast. Mix until well blended.
    • Add bread flour, cake flour, and salt. Attach a dough hook to your mixer and knead on low speed for about 5 minutes until the dough comes together.
    2. Incorporate the Butter:
    • Gradually add half of the softened butter into the dough and knead for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining butter and continue kneading. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides as needed.
    • Knead the dough for about 30-35 minutes total until it becomes smooth, elastic, and forms a thin, stretchable film when pulled (windowpane test).
    Pro Tip:
If the mixing bowl feels warm and the butter begins to melt, pause the kneading process. Cover the bowl, chill the dough for 15-20 minutes, then continue kneading.
    3. Rest and Shape the Dough:
    • Once the dough is smooth, divide it into 6 equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball, wrap it, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    • Grease your loaf pans with butter. Shape the dough as desired and place it into the prepared pans.
    4. Proof the Dough:
    • Cover the shaped dough to prevent it from drying out. Let it rise in a warm place until almost doubled in size.
    5. Bake:
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F ( start the oven while waiting for second rise).
    • Brush with milk and bake the loaves for about 25-30minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
    6. Finishing :
    • Remove the bread from the oven and gently tap the loaf pans to set the structure.
    • Tilt the loaves on their sides to cool slightly before removing them from the pans. Once out, brush the entire loaf with milk while still warm for extra richness.
    Tips for Enjoying:
Brioche bread naturally has a darker crust due to its high butter and egg content, which is perfectly normal. Enjoy it warm to experience the soft, buttery texture and aromatic coconut flavor at its best!
