Amazing timing. This last weekend I’ve been really focusing on my thoughts again as I’ve let them get away from me lately and let my emotions take over somewhat. Tonight I’ve 4 had encounters at work that would’ve usually triggered me but I’ve been aware of them and so I just let them go with a smile. Its funny I get on TH-cam on my break and this is the first video in my feed! 😅

My friend kept saying she was fat but she was 100 pounds like myself. Now she's literally at the point where people come up to her regularly and ask if she's pregnant so she told me. I've taken to imagining her as having her ideal body. Then my bf yesterday said he was scared I'd get bored of him. I wondered if this was my thought or his so I've taken to imagining that I'd never be bored of anyone in my life coz I'm not that sorta person.
