@@coltongriggs5339 Is this trail called "Mt. Ogden Bowl Road"? I don't see a "Shelby John Rd." on any of the new or old trail maps? Trying to get some clarification as I'd love to take this run, thanks!
At the Olympics in 2002, the record for the men's downhill there at Snow Basis was 1 minute and 39 seconds. I took the ski lifts to the top of the mountain and stood where the race began. It took me over 20 minutes to get to the top; and yet Fritz Strobl of Austria made it to the bottom in a mere 1 minute and 39 seconds. Unbelievable. I think he reached a top speed 150 mph.
Its definitely a hidden gem! After this day I had to put this resort in my top 5. Beautiful lodges and views of course. I like it better than Park City even.
Used to live in utah. Maine resort was snow basin. Miss going down John Paul lift for sure😢😢😢😢😢
Pro trick : watch series at Flixzone. I've been using it for watching lots of of movies recently.

@@raver242 its for sure called Shelby John Rd. It's at the top of John Paul express lift. Just look a little closer or find a new map.
Is this the easy way down from JP? It doesn't look scary at all ! I think I have to go as soon as possible...Thanks !
You are correct! The run is called "shelby John rd"
@@coltongriggs5339 Thanks buddy !
Depends which run you take; wildflower downhill, grizzly downhill and John Paul run are a bit harder

Not even close to half that...do you know how fast 150 mph is??
They hit 90 mph on that course. Obviously it’s going to take longer going up! I’d be lucky to get all the way down in 5 minutes
Been to snowbird, brighton and solitude. This place looks like a hidden gem

This place is awful. Stay away. Go to Park City
