Good day sir. My name is Clinton Agbonlahor, I am a fresh graduate from uniben sir I will love to work with you and learn the field work from you sir🙏
I like your dedication to connect. Can you share your whatsapp number
Can you please reply this young man from uniben, don’t jumb over his humble request. Encourage the young ones, I know some of them turns out to be ungrateful but give him a chance please.
Concluding in a matter such as this that one has no idea of is very bad habits, he has make same comment in other of our videos, we told him clearly to reach out to us, we're still waiting for his response, meanwhile at the moment we need persons like him like seriously, pls always say what u know pls
Hey guys, please, i want to know how many square meters is this project on?
344 square area
Good job engr and I love your honesty and analysis. I have a budget of 80m for 5 and 3 bedroom semi detached duplex to the roofing level, the lekki style concept. Initially I had my doubts if it was gonna be enough, but watching this video has given me a good idea because this plan is similar to the plan I have. Thanks for the information you constantly provide
You're welcome sir
Sir please how many square meters is this project on? I and half or 2 plots of land?
Budget 100m
Is this a plot of land?
That’s like 2 plots of land
What’s the land size please
Good job
Many thanks
Good job but that roof can't be 3.5m less than 1m tbh, also this type of modern design use less blocks compare to the traditional so 63m is too overpriced and the blocks here are tiny tiny blocks
The best way for this kind of comments is to reach out n get more information, then one can kw to place some issues, u can use 10m to built a house then use more than 40m to do finishing, this house, intentions is to be a smart home, Manny thanks though
Roof is so flat it'll be a crime not to fill it with solar panels for that green energy 😁
Very Very big crime 😂
Absolutely 😂😂😂😂😂
Why is the 3D not the same as the reality? Because this is totally a different home from the 3D
It's same, no different still having bamboos etc in the body is after we take them off u can see properly
It is not
am not talking about the bamboos. the side of the home in the 3D where there is a split is totally different from the reality. I am talking of the structure. It got nothing to do with the bamboos.
@@TheBuildingphase it is.
So many building under construction but roads are lacking.
Yep, roads are up to the government
@@TheBuildingphase Bro, road infrastructure is very important to the value of any property. Who wants to embrace a property in a forest that is starved of civilization
We do building n then proceed with rd construction, most times if the Rd r done already, the property values become very high, just take notes of this Bro
And substandard homes too. Take a good look at the 3D design, you will see the split in the 3D, but in the unfinished real building, you can't see that same split in the corner of the 3D. They are telling me its the bamboos. What does the bamboos has to do with the structure and design of the home. Bamboos only hold the structure in place.
