Hot Take: I don’t like how cooldowns are the only way to nerf a support. All this does is make meta players switch to the next best support that has a faster cooldown, which is why teams nowadays lack variety. CC2 should start tweaking the jutsu itself instead of just adding cooldowns because, frankly, that feels lazy on their part.
They buffed PTS Hinata. She now has more stun in her IC3, so she no longer needs to use her jutsu to initiate a stun. Now she has a grab loop just like PTS Neji.

@@PoisonedOkami Yes, attack and jump cancel into chakra dash consumes less chakra since the storm generations but in connections before this new patch they made the regular chakra dash and the spark dash consume the same amount of chakra but now with this new patch they came back how it was in previous games.
Karin nerf is understandable, since her debuff is really strong, but she deserved to get her chains on her awakening like Kushina, her awakening is so boring.
My own opinion, i dont feel like the 1st hit ice nerf is *that* bad, unless youre someone who only does the ice dash trick you showed. Theres other ways to go on defense in that phase even if youre just singles player or if youre doing team, theres plenty of good ways to buy you enough time to phase swap in the event your chakra is too. I may not do multi in this game, but she definitely has enough other choices that it ends up being mild. I always keep an eye on my chakra guage when i play anyway so losing track would be the only possible end for you (my opinion here again, this isnt meant to be taken seriously) i really do appreciate though that its not too easy to break guards by chakra/ ninja dashing anymore, it kinda sucks sometimes for anyone but as someone who has kaguya and temari (not part 1) as her most used, it was kinda cumbersome being forced to jutsu parry or counter even though id gotten pretty used to it after a while. Probably the best change imo. Good that some of the other pts characters got improved too as i feel like they have very bad hitbox disadvantages with their jutsu's and some of the melee attacks compared to any of the shippuden or boruto characters, maining any of them except temari must be awfully tasking XP
As a Kaguya player, I don’t want to sound hurt, but the recent nerf felt unnecessarily harsh. I understand that if something’s broken, a nerf is needed. However, CC2 tends to destroy characters, making them unfun to use-PTS Temari is a prime example, dropping from S-tier to F-tier overnight. Kaguya got hit with a double nerf. The increased chakra cost for spark dashing already reduces her ice dash combo damage, fixing the issue. Adding damage scaling on top of that double nerfs her, which was unnecessary-they could’ve done one or the other. If anything, her active frames should’ve been addressed. Kaguya’s ice stays out for 20 frames, letting players accidentally walk back into it and take extra damage. Most players lose to her because they lack patience and run back into her ice. I didn’t choose Kaguya to abuse the meta; she’s my favorite female character in *Naruto*, and I wanted to play a unique, gimmicky style instead of the usual mash-and-dash. She allowed me to showcase my speed in spark dashing fast and having perfect input consistency which itself takes skill. However, now her damage is so low that every combo drains your chakra completely, making matches drag on since you have to always charge your chakra just for you to do baby damage. It’s just not optimal anymore. What’s also sad is that there is only five skilled Kaguya players. I was the only one using her on PC, so casual players rarely ran into someone who fully understood her tech.

I just found out a few days ago when the patch came out the free hokage cloak accessory and the boruto like scroll accessory that came with the patch isn't in the patch at all only the Konan wings accessory is in there just a heads up UPDATE: Nevermind I thought the hokage cloak was an accessory to wear no it's a substitution item I found them
Anyone know which characters had increased hit stuns to give them more infinites? PTS Hinata has one on IC3 now, but have there been any other adjustments?
they need to fix the issue to stop us from chakra dashing beside your opponent I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this nonsense also they should have a 0.5 second invincibility after substitution so u don't get hit by cheap multiple supports
They honestly didn’t have to nerf chakra dash guard dmg. They should’ve buffed overall guard health so it takes about six dashes to break guard in the air and ground and it should take a bit more work to guard break reset. The risk reward just isn’t enough. It’s still very similar. Barely noticeable… unless I’m trippin lol😂 cus I still reset easy asf
I disagree with both the idea to nerf the cooldown aswell as the jutsu itself. The cool down just makes it less of a team battle. As for why I don't want the jutsu itself nerfed is because by nerfing the jutsu you are nerfing the not just the support, but the playable character aswell. Alot of the OP supports aren’t all that good as playable characters and shouldn't be made worse. It's a lazy solution. I think instead they should have a universal nerf to the longevity of playing a single character without switching. Or in other words find a way to promote switching to other characters which would then add more of a risk to picking a character just for the sake of their good jutsu as support. I have an elaborate idea, but don't feel like getting into all that. It basically a stamina mechanic that would wear down overtime and would recover when the character is switched to support.

Absolute L patch. Two months for almost nothing. They nerfed only two highly requested characters: Karin and Kaguya. And there are still no proper buffs. There's nothing for Temari, Shikamaru, Naruto The Last (DPS), or Yugito's hitbox. Why can adult Rock Lee not cancel Leaf Hurricane, but his PTS version can? Hagoromo’s jutsu is still OP. They didn’t buff guard health, nothing was done about infinite counters, and they didn’t slow down chakra regeneration. One character and one new costume (besides Hashirama and Madara). Absolute L for that content. And this HOKAGE cloak is only a substitution item 🤮🤮🤮. The lack of content and a mini-patch after two months is crazy. Even Borushiki’s moveset is just Rasengan spam. They’re just reusing Baryon Mode Naruto’s Rasengan asset and making it throwable. WTF, CC2 really messed up-they have nothing new or unique to offer. And lobbies are still crashing…
