Gemmy Double Trouble Flirty Flasher Monkeys “Just the two of us”

This thing was a huge pain to fix. It was a valentines gift from my grandma. The hips didn’t work but the screws on the legs were badly stripped.
We almost destroyed this
The wire also came out of the battery department. I tried to get inside the foot, but THOSE screws stripped. I burned through the right foot as you can kind of see. That didn’t work.
I just ordered some battery departments from Amazon and booked the wires to that and it worked. I’m fine with the compartment being outside of it (as you can kind of see behind it’s legs). But I could also stick on the back, under the coat. I’m just glad I have it working

The stories I've heard about this particular Flirty Flasher leads me to believe that it's the most faulty of them all.

It sucks too because this is like the best one. The screws are also very tight, so they’re hard to get out
