基本功力拳都係悶拳，但只有練得到功夫的人先會日練夜練。任何一套功力拳要完整打完一套拳是非常之難的。
我练功夫前站马步一年，才练基本拳一套就四年，这四年有时整晚单站马步，拳法和马步练五六年才来练棍法。

@@ss.o.5717 的確是，長期只站馬步，不練走馬步和拉筋踢腿的話，反而會影響下半身靈活性。這是錯誤的南方拳法教學。

Try to do this; extend your arms , bend your wrist to a 90 degree angle and hold that hand shape , after a while you should feel a burning sensation in the the tendoms and muscles of your forearm.... theres a lot of meanings to the handshape ,besides from exercise; one is, from old times it says when every ming patriot would raise one finger we could defeat the the qings... and restore the ming dynasty....

bodhidharma shmarma . This is not a form related to fighting application but concern internal power. Most of older kung fu forms are not on the mode :" what you see is what you get ", there is hidden techniques principles with explications only taugh to the best and dedicated disciples.

So I live near Ithaca NY. This is a stretch but I am trying to find a good teacher in hung gar. I am trying to learn it on my own but badly need direction. I have a strong background in karate shotokan and western boxing and can pick up different martial arts pretty easy but this is very different. I need a master. I am extremely drawn to hung gar and am willing to travel. Thanks for any help. Amituofo.
2 things: is this CGI or all the pics from the book set in motion? Also is this the full form? Cause I have the book by lam sai wing and no access to a teacher but would like to learn. I'm afraid if I just follow the book I will do it wrong and every video is different. Amituofo!
