Kindly go through the correct pay for assistant professor. You told 50000/60000. You can add more 30000 to that amount. And PSU is not called as Govt job.

Those who qualify NET exam they do not have to appear in the entrance test for Ph.D. They are eligible to appear in interview directly.
Moreover still it is not confirm that Ph.D will be compulsory It will give some extra marks in entrance of Assistant professor.
