In the full cam version of the performance (basically a stagehand's pov), you could see that when they put the walls up and danced in the cube, they showed the feed on the outside screens that were previously used as background animations. So yeah, the other guys watching could see what we saw.
Nice!! Love that they also got to see! One of the best performances of the entire franchise if you ask me!
