The Mahindra XUV500 is a mid-size, sport utility vehicle produced by the Indian automobile company Mahindra & Mahindra. The XUV500 was designed and developed at Mahindra's design and vehicle build center in Nashik and Chennai, and is manufactured in Mahindra's Chakan & Nashik plant, India. During its development, the car was code named 'W201'. It is the first monocoque chassis based vehicle the company has produced.First launched in 2011, the XUV500 mid-size SUV was introduced as the home-grown automaker’s flagship model in India.
As per the year 2018, Mahindra XUV500 has already become a global car exporting to 26 countries which includes European countries, South Africa, Australia, Chile, Italy and New Zealand.
The XUV500 is less well known outside India than the Mahindra Scorpio. The XUV500 was relatively popular in the South African market with sales exceeding 1200 units by February 2013.
In January 2018, Laxo Orbis is an Indian-based company launched a Tesla Model in-dash infotainment and entertainment system for Mahindra XUV 500.
On April 18, 2018, another facelifted version of Mahindra XUV500 was released.

Hello everyone
I have purchased a new xuv500 bearing chasis no J6K18208 and Reg no MH47AG5190 vehicle was delivered to me on 30th October 18 by G3 motors kandivali west Mumbai
The issues faced by me from the very first day are
1. No wheel alignment done at the time of delivery
2.Whenever steering wheel is been tilted irrespective whether left or right in running status and even a small pothole or a pavour block covered uneven road is been hit a weird noise from steering wheel is been heard which is totally annoying and takes away the driving experience of a SUV
This was reported to the nearest mahindra authorised service center on 3rd Nov 18 and after test drive of the vehicle they agreed on the situation and changed the complete steering rack but yet problem was not solved
Then on 5th Nov 18 Monday a pick up was arranged for my vehicle by G3 motors service center malad west Mumbai and after my car being at service station for two days the issue remained unsolved
On 6th Nov 18 I took my vehicle back because service station was unoperational for next few days on occasion of Diwali
Now again on 26th November 18 I have booked an appointment with G3 motors service center for the same issue
Please help me get my problem solved or else refund my money back
I didn't expected this from mahindra that vehicle is delivered without doing PDI
Please look into this matter
