Love the reaction but want to add one thing for that girl from Iran...She said that Iranian culture is fading away but what she doesn't understand is that Iranian culture is the culture of zoroastrians, today's culture of Iran is Arabic in nature, nothing different from that and it is bound to fade away and probably much worse because the present day Iran was built upon the blood of Parsi community( The real Iranians who used to live in Iran before Arab invasion), The most of the Iranians that are living now in Iran are Arabs who invaded Iran and did horrible things to Parsis, children were thrown out of big buildings when their mothers refused to convert to Islam, private parts of men were chopped off when they refused to convert to Islam, old people were skinned alive when they resist the Islamization of Iran, I am from Parsi community so I know about those things, there is not even a single parsi left in Iran now...The Parsi culture was washed away by Muslim invaders and today there is very extreme punishment for even celebrating parsi festivals like Navroz in Iran, how can we expect a society like that to live in peace and do anything good for humankind?? No hard feelings, miss, but just couldn't resist the ignorance. Maybe Iran is a lost dream for us but the curse of those who suffered will be visible eventually. I am a proud Indian though, a country that gave us food and shelter under great ruler Jadi Rana. Jai Hind, Vande matram
Dude, that is so messed up... I am both shocked and not shocked at the same time actually, unfortunately that is not just the story of Iran, from eliminating Algerian religion from Algeria to erasing Buddhism from Afghanistan, it is the same pattern of invasions throughout the world, they couldn't erase the Hinduism and Sikhism from India bcz the swords of Rajputs and Sikhs were more powerful than their hollow beliefs. I feel so stupid that I didn't know these things about Parsi community, I just knew that they came from Iran seeking refuge, nothing else. I also didn't know about the king you mentioned who agreed to give parsis shelter. Now it is making sense to me why Parsis are so patriotic towards India, from Ratan Tata to Rustom Maneck and from Smriti Irani to Boman Irani, they are more Indian than an average Indian.
