I remember when I had this song as my alarm (I like to be woken up by calming song instead of annoying sirens), I was so depressed back then, I can't even feel any emotion at all. Songs really do make you remember things, I can just feel the feeling I was going through listening to this song again. The dread of waking up and realizing I am still alive and I have to deal and go through the day was horrible, it was so hard just to get up from bed. I can feel that again by just listening to this song. Thankfully, I am better now and not depressed anymore, well maybe a little bit. But I am not emotionally numb anymore, that's for sure.

You better try imitate some animal. I've try that and it's quit fun too!!! I mean...just do whatever you wanna do at the moment, if you wanna eat then eat, if you wanna walk then walk, if you wanna stop then stop. This is how i fix emotion numb when i were young. It's quite interesting too that now I wanna live as long as possible for the reason that i wanna breath at least a bit longer. A bad memory will always be bad as long as you not smile for it. It depend on how you interpret your life, if you feel bad, you can blame anything even yourself which lead to really sad life. For me, laugh is my main source of emotion so i laugh whenever something good or bad happen. Find your own emotion source and squeeze it till the last drop is my own advice. Well... i'm not insane person or low eq or anything... so you can be sure that i'm not joking or pranking you. This is just my pov and my advice.
