They do have behind the scene video where in they are freezing after running and dancing, which shows how hard theh work.

Let me give you some background information: BTS have several songs about the underdogs in society and not succumbing to society's pressures and expectations. That also has something to do with their own story as they had to work their way up as artists from a small company that originally didn't have any standing in the Korean music market, which used to be (and apparently still largely is) controlled by a small number of powerful companies. In the lyrics they refer to "crow tits", which are small birds. This reference comes from a Korean saying about "crow tits" (underdogs) with their short legs not being able to catch up to storks (the elite, established groups within society) with their long legs. BTS songs usually tell stories (often within the larger narrative of their albums or even album trilogies) and often have deep meaning and societal relevance. Monsta X is also an amazing groups with really good vocalists and rappers. I would recommand "Alligator" or "shoot out". They are worth it, I promise.
