This video always is crazy to me. Partially because the dominoes are amazing but also because ove been watching this video every now and again since I was 9, and now I'm 18. That's half my life. Not to mention that the non-TH-cam version of this is nearing 30 years old. Really makes you think.

This day there was nearly no wind outside. The building technique we used outside was quite solid, the technique we used inside (always two beer coasters against each other) wouldn't work outside.
Hi! You need 3 or better 4 cameras to film like this. At 2:35 was a fail, that's right, you watched the vid very carefully! I explaned it in the description of the vid.

1. your video taping was excellent! so many people will try to follow the trail and you end up losing a lot of the domino's movement because of it. so, awesome job with that! 2. i loved how at the end, everything else falls (or almost everything, i guess), and then you have to throw 3 tennis balls at the domino tower to make it fall. i just thought it was a bit ironic, is all. very cool ending! 3. i loved this! awesome work, wetterprofi! :)
vonwegen keine Hobbys :D so eine Domino Bahn zu machen ist auf keinen fall hobbylos oder ähnliches... ich finds richtig richtig gut, vorallem wie viel mühe er/sie sich gegeben hat .
Haha That was enjoyable to watch! I love the end, throwing balls at the tower to make it fall. It's very honest. watched a couple of competitions where everyone starts getting upset when something doesn't fall and they leave it standing. Knock it down dammit! Great job!

There were some fails, that's right: At 2:32 it stopped. As we continued the sun was gone. You can see a gap in the chain of beer coasters at 2:35 top right behind the balustrade. The video was originally supposed to end at 4:55. As it had not worked then at 2:35 we build up a part of the toppled stones again at the end oft the chain. The sequence of 5:22 to 5:45 are rooms in which we were previously.

Gute Arbeit! Hatte als Kind schon Freude, wenn ich eine Linie quer durch den ersten Stock fertigbrachte =) Und am Ende, als von links noch so Tennisbälle gerollt kamen, damit das Teil trotzdem noch umfällt, hatte ich fast ein Lachanfall, denn ich hätte wohl genau das Gleiche getan xD
