There is so much to love about this band: the unpredictability, the eclectic choice of music, the unexpected and varied instruments, ... and of course the talent.
But my absolute favorite thing about them is how much fun they seem to be having.

Seriously! Most songs leave me wondering what at least one of the instruments is. Yet they are a perfect sub for the ones in the original artist's version.
I never thought anyone could cover Tina Turner and put the heart into it, or make it their own. This has it's own feel, and it's own heart, and it was awesome!

Oh, this definitelly isn't unplugged. Sounds like it's prerecorded. Do you know how loud a tambourine is, not mentioning she's hitting it with full force yet it's barely audible. Her voice would be drowned by the sound of all the percussion that's there.
Visually, it looks unplugged. 😅😅. Looks can be deceiving. For one, where’s the bassist? I definitely hear him/her. Poor bassist, always taken for granted, but when not around, music does not sound the same. lol 😂 😂

@@mathieuhoueix2163 thank you! I'm amazed that everybody thinks this live. Especially the autotune on vocals is so annoying and you don't get that sound overall without close mics. I have to admit they are very good actors (and musicians) and they really put alot of effort to look it is live.

@@mikosoft „of course?“ For me it’s more obvious that the video tries to create the impression this is all live and easily played and recorded… that is misleading and therefore fake.
@@marcelsenft230Yes, this is a long standing issue with these various TH-cam covers. They try to look like played/sung live but there are telltale signs it's prerecorded. In this case it's exactly what you mentioned - it sounds like studio mix. If it sounds like one it most probably is. And then there are those little details like almost inaudible tambourine (tambourine is a very loud instrument and it would be very loud next to her voice if she kept hitting it that hard) and the fact she's able to magically sing over the whole band playing (even the drums next to her would be so loud she'd get drowned).
In other covers I even heard autotune which is impossible to do without separate tracks so there's that.
No matter the mood I am in, any time I see one of your videos I cannot help but smile. Your musical talents never cease to amaze and entertain. You all are an amazing group!
