For me, I encountered Gödel when learning about philosophical logic, Russell and Whitehead's Principia Mathematics etc. as a teenager. I went on holiday to Cambridge in Britain and went into the big bookstore in the town called Heffers and found "Gödel's Proof" by Nagel and Newman and devoured it.
Cool man. it's like a shot of espresso on math and philosophy that I'd like to take on a daily basis. maybe a bit more summary of the book and a little less of "teasing" about what you will talk about in other videos would be nice.

Great book and subject matter to review. I was happy to hear of this great man's Platonism! Great tip to read that 3 page summary. i will look for it.
@KilayaCiriello Yeah, he is a realist (platonist) about mathematical objects. I don't think he holds any other views from Plato, though.
