Awesome glad the video helped thank for taking the time to comment 😁
Incredible detail. Thank you.
Thanks for watching. I hope it helped
@@dobbyrepairs Yes, just finished successfully today. I used a repair kit rather than a complete replacement mechanism, so it took me a bit longer. It was difficult enough to connect the cable properly. A difficult job but your video was very helpful.
Glad it helped you 👍
This has to be the best instructional video on TH-cam. Top guy!
Thank you for the comment and glad you found the video helpful
Thank you for this unique video
Thank you hope you found it helpful
Thank you, great video, I've just done mine thanks to you.If it may help someone, I did not remove the window guides, but just loosen them. And don't forget to put the door opener mecanism behind the window mecanism. Thank you again and have a nice day.
I'm glad the video helped you 🙂 and thank you for the additional information on how to make the process easier for others and Thanks for watching
very detailed and thanks
Your welcome and thank you for watching
Thank you very much for your video. With your help, I was able to change the left front mechanism. The only difference I had no window clips. Once again thank you.
Awesome I'm glad it helped 😁 thank you for watching
You have been an absolute life saver, thank you so so much 👍
You're welcome glad I could help 😁
Thank you, very helpful 😊 specially with the dimensjon of every screws and bolts. 👍
Your welcome glad it helped
Brilliant video, thank you. Only bit I didn’t follow is why you would move the window pane down first, then later tape it up. Why not just tape it up first?
If I had taped the window first I wouldn't have been able to remove the two screws holding the window to the regulator as access to them is impossible if the window is up . I hope that explains the reason better than I did in the video . Thanks for watching 👍
Ah, I see!! Fab, thanks again 👍🏻
I've looked for this regulator online but none seem to come with the 10mm bolts, what length bolts do I need
I'm not sure what length the bolts that came with the regulator are but I have put a link to the one that fitted in the video at the bottom of the comment so it will come with the bolts for that as for the speaker housing in used 30mm bolts for that but you could probably use a slightly shorter ones www.ebay.co.uk/itm/276395609570?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=7wb4zibgrxy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=8pbamB85Rji&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Mines just failed. Do you have any links to the parts you used? I'd really appreciate it 🙏
Would you recommend the motor being changed as well or? I'm not sure that's broken, although I can hear it still working when you press the button so hopefully it's all good 😅
Hi here is a link to the one I used on eBay www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174943232322?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=WapsIZ-PRYy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=8pbamB85Rji&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
You can also get them from autodoc as well
If it sounds like it's working, then no, but give give it a test once you're in there by taking it off and then using the button to see if it moves in both directions
