Thanks for the video. In fact, it is not something to fix, it is how Angular now is working, focused on component. I suggest we get used to it, instead of coming back to the older ways. Still learning this new focus of Angular on components.
Yes i understand your concern but don't forget that there are people who made projects using angular 16 and can need the use of reusing the code, "you can't destroy the whole house to add gators"
In v11 there is NgxWebstorageModule.forRoot({ prefix: 'myapp'}) in imports of @NgModule export class AppModuleimports {}
without the older way, I would like to continue with v17
Could you guide me where to call NgxWebstorageModule.forRoot({ prefix: 'myapp'}
Can you tell me what changed exactly? Why was app.module removed and what are the implications of this removal?
@@josef5600 can we add app.module into existing version 17 project?
What extension in VS Code do you use to keep your file explorer so organized? Would like to use it?
I use material icons extension
Thank you so much and great video. Was only starting to learn Angular and you've saved me some precious time.@@hanomedia
Welcome
this is fucking awesome
Can we do this in a project already made like without making a new project
*yeah there are some other ways you can use to get around this, actually updating to angular 17*
thanks 99th comment
What if you have already created the application with standalone mark on and then decided that you want to have modules now?
You can reconfigure those in json
What is diff between them?
In Angular Tutorial they not used --no--standalone, but in their sample code, they have app.module.ts.
Can we create manually?
Of course yea
This video is useful. But I cannot remove the old project with no app.module.ts file and the computer request the high permission of user and I cannot remove successfully. What can I do to remove the old project?
But what is the need for making app-module.ts file making it as not mandatory in beginning
Hhmmm are you new to angular my friend??
my question is do we need app-module.ts in angular application. If we need it in every application why in version 17 default installation will not include app-module.ts @hanomedia
now i lose app.config.ts and route.ts, thanks 😆
pucha hubiera visto este video, me frego mi examen :c
Is it posible to combine modules and standalone components
interested
Of course yes, the standalone flag is just a property like other property
But should we use standalone in angular? It is best practice?
It depends on what best practice means to you according to the nature of your project
Can I use angular 17 without the app.module.ts?
Sure you can
i have tried this one and its giving me the merge conflict in angular.json file, plz somone help me
How is that happening
@@hanomedia i don't know so i tried to make a new project with standalone and its working now
i dont have app.module.ts inside app folder what do to
Follow the video for instructions
I have already generated a Project. So I need a fix on how to add app.module.ts in an already generated project. Hope so you get it
Please add the module which your want to add in imports it is under the @component decorator
