.50 cals do NOT send people flying. If they did, then the shooter would go flying backwards as well. Every action has an equal but opposite reaction, therefore any round that would send its target flying would also do so to its shooter. That’s Hollywood nonsense and does not happen in real life.
The larger the caliber the more likely it is to just go straight through someone without transferring much energy, it’s called over penetration. The more the body can catch the bullet the more energy that’s transferred to the body which can have that effect of being blown backwards. For example if you got hit by a full burst of small caliber rifle rounds then you’d probably be blown backwards quite a bit, along with being riddled with bullets, but a larger caliber rifle such as 7.62x51 or larger will likely go right through someone without any body armor (even with armor you’d still be dead, but since the armor slows the bullet down much more of that energy is transferred to the body, again causing that blow back effect).
Can you make a video on graphic and control settings? My MGSV look and plays like a direct port from console, yours looks like a polished PC game. Your graphics blow mine away

Years ago, playing Sniper Elite 3 actually did get me to think "this plays a lot like MGSV" and I started playing MGSV again instead.
I loved this final MGS game, such a shame it was released half finished.

MGSV is a Sniper Elite, it is a Hitman, it is a Mercenaries, it is even somewhat a Dishonored.
The only thing it is very slightly is Metal Gear Solid.

It doesn't have any music unless you play it from the IDriod or listen to the music from an external source.

Kinda sucks that there not many non-lethal guns in the game, if you prefer to not make a slaughter of enemies you'll end up using always the same ones
water pistol. mu silent tranquilizer, burkov tb, decoys, nonlethal uzi, nonlethal unarc, flash grenades, smoke grenades, sleep bombardment, stun knife for ddog, quiets sleepy butterfly (or w/e its called) stun arm, rocket arm. you can load shotties with nonlethal slugs too. I can keep going lol.
