Aizen n demon ichi shares some similarities and much useful in team fight when using as main. On the other hand, sp 2 ichi is like sp 1 but improved. Moving forward from chad, grimmjow and sp 2, they are; pvp 1v1 with their own survivability and buffs to themselves.
