I tried this, when i created a new internet gateway and tried to attached it with VPC, it didn't give me option to select previous VPC. But instead I get an error "You do not have any VPCs. You need a VPC in order to attach an internet gateway."

I have a VPC, if I don't have a VPC how can I run the EC2 instance?
