Taj is one amazing electrifying guitar player, singer, and music writer. I've been watching him four years , he's sweet, kind and humble. He's already a big Star! I love him and you will too. He puts all his energy into playing, he feels every note. Thanks for this story about Taj!! Fancy Nancy 😍

Taj currently has the #1 album on the iTunes blues charts. Chapter One is a fantastic album, and Taj should be very proud of it.
A couple of months ago, they had the 40th anniversary celebration for Prince and the release of Purple Rain. Taj was the guest performer and opened for Morris Day and also for Prince's band NPG. Taj played Purple Rain with NPG, the last song of the night. He was amazing and was well received by the fans. He also performed at Paisley Park the next day. Morris Hayes, the music director and keyboard player for NPG, performed with Taj on his song Mumma Raised a Man on his album. Taj recently opened for Buddy Guy and got to perform with him. He's also had the opportunity to perform with Christone Kingfish Ingram and Eric Gales this year.
The song that is a favorite is Taj playing Gary Moore's Parisienne Walkways. He is always tweaking and making his playing better. You can watch a video of Taj playing a song and a couple of months later you can see small changes and it sounds even better.
Taj is touring the US. If he's near you don't miss his show.

He was chosen by the prince foundation to play that at the purple rain 40th anniversary celebration, one cannot get a better thumbs up than that. I've been lucky enough to go to 2 of his performances.

Nice reaction. The first song I heard from Taj on TH-cam was Soulful Jam. I think he was 8/9 years old. You have to check it out.🇦🇺✌️

Taj gets better and faster by the week. He's a guitar savant of the highest level. Good singing chops too. Check out the video Mumma raised a man.
