Looking at usagis satalite it reminds me a lot of wilma
this reminds me of 2006 where luzon just keeps getting battered with no break, we had trami, kong-rey, yinxing, toraji and now usagi

Man, i have been living in Luzon specifically NCR, luckily I'm not in the range of Ofel, but i heard that Man-yi is going to go near Metro Manila

Usagi has rapidly intensified and should be at least c3 right now.
